How multistakeholder cooperatives foster quality services?

Cooperatives are enterprises owned and controlled by their members. Members therefore must actively participate by contributing to the strategy and management of the enterprise. In cooperatives dedicated to delivering community services, a growing trend is that the different types of stakeholders such as the providers of the services, the users and representatives of the local community are actually members of the cooperative, which can be recognised by the different people involved having and active role and voting power in the enterprise.
